It can be quite scary selling a home for the first time and not knowing what to expect or how its all going to come together. Ryan immediately put my mind at ease and walked me through my first home-seller experience, with professionalism, confidence and kindness. I found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and very pleasant to work with. He arranged everything from listing, closing and signing the deal. My house sold in 4-days and well above the asking price. I just purchased my first home with Ryan during the COVID-19 pandemic, although we've been working with him for a while now. Ryan is an amazing agent and made the process incredibly painless. He is very flexible with communication and is always prompt with responses. Ryan is very respectful of things such as budget and house preferences. Ryan made our first time home buying experience as stress free as possible and we truly believe we would not own our home without him. He always made himself available and was prompt with responses (which was critical in the market we bought in). He made us feel safe buying in the COVID market. The thing we loved most about working with Ryan was that he educated us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we had many questions, and always felt informed working with Ryan - his knowledge of houses and the real estate industry are very impressive! We never felt pressure to put in an offer and Ryan was the voice of reason as emotions took over during the offer process. As part of our offer, Ryan communicated our story to the sellers and was able to establish a connection with the selling agent, which we believe led to our offer being accepted. Ryan continued supporting us throughout the closing process. We will not purchase a home in the future with anyone else!

Ryan has made my experience of selling and buying a home absolutely as stress free as possible! He is nothing but honest, caring and supportive from start to finish! Ryan always made himself available to me to answer any questions I had! He knows the Northumberland area VERY well and has tons of insight! It didnt take him long to figure out what we were looking for and that made it so much easier when house shopping!
