NEVER RENT OR BUY WITH THE FOLEY GROUP YOU WILL LOOSE , mold , never get anything fixed and when they do it by some guy they picked up in a beer store parking lot they send to "fix" things with materials left over from another job and just rig it together , you will loose money , your health and alot of your sanity !!! We bought our home a few years ago with Brent. He was very patient, professional and knows the market. He was able to ensure we were making the right deal and overall provided us an amazing experience with the purchase of our first family home! What typically is a stressful decision was one made with ease thanks to Brent and his team.

Brent sold a house I was renting. He seemed nice and knew what he was talking about. I didnt know my rights as a tenant back then. However legally I am sure he knew that renoviction was illegal and also taking pictures of my unit and my personal items without my permission as well. I didnt realize my personal items were online until seeing the listing after the fact when I was told the house was for sale by a friend. As a home buyer I am sure you're in great hands, because he will be sure to get tenants out without going the legal route, but if you're a tenant...look out. Know your rights. Know that you are owed compensation if asked to move on a dime so buyers can have an empty home. Very disappointed in this business, and when purchasing my first home chose to go with someone else because of this.
