Although I like the doctors when I go there, the receptionists need to answer the phone! I went there at 2pm Sunday in the pouring rain. I had called twice and no answer but saw that they close at 3 so all's good. I get there and the lady says, "we're at capacity, come back tomorrow!" I'm like, "It's 2pm.... you close at 3." She just stared at me. Really? Answer the phone so you don't waste people's time. An elderly lady went in after me and was told the same thing. What if someone took a bus in the rain? 3 is 3. If you close at 3, the doctor's should continue taking patients and work later. Another time I went and the receptionist (different lady) had her head down. I thought, ok maybe she's typing.... She didn't look up. I then went on my tip toes to make sure and she was texting. She still didn't look up so I started talking to my daughter and still she continued on her phone. She finally looked up. Do your job or don't work there!

They always attentive and polite. If you have to wait 20+ people will take you about 2hrs fyi. Doctors are always willing to help and polite. Walk in clinict busy but efficient. Thank you RMC for your services.

Extremely rude staff. I was there to get my prescriptions refilled and while waiting I thought to check the weight. Some girl in scrubs came and insulted me and told me you cant unless you are seeing a doctor. It was so embarrassing when she asked me to leave . They lack basic sense. I was just checking weight it wasnt a big deal
