        I was amazed with the service at MD CONNECTED with DR. Filza Naveed ..she was very helpful with diagnos with my medical problem... I would highly recommend MD CONNECTED to anyone.

        This clinic was very helpful. I came in very close to closing and they went out of their way to make sure I received treatment. They use an online video-calling doctor service; I didnt have a problem with this. There was a live tech there to check my physical symptoms and help connect with the online doctor, once that that happened I explained my symptoms, the doctor asked both the tech and I some questions and I was quickly diagnosed and prescribed medication. The tech was more than happy to direct me to the in-house pharmacy where I could pick up my prescription. Furthermore, they clinic called me a week later to follow up and see if I needed a re-check; this is not something many clinics do but I think its very important. I felt like a valued customer the entire time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in Oshawa!:)
