Let me explain
I went in person to get some legal information, and the receptionist - adorable, compassionate, and professional - gave me the option to wait on site and potentially not see a lawyer or just book a 30 min phone appointment...I Did the latter.
Fast forward to the phone appointment: whoever called did not know anything of even the subject of my inquiry, she was looking the information up and sharing it -without any legal insights -while we were on the phone ... I don't know whether they hire students to handle these, but the conversation was a waste of time ... I know how to look general info up. As I indicated to the lady who called, they should have a system allowing them to do some research ahead because out of the 25 min we spent on the phone, that young lady spent 15 minutes looking things up.
Maybe I was expecting too much ... Then again I don't think so.
