Someone hit the side of my car while it was parked and was sent to Simplicity by my insurance. Simplicity made a frustrating experience much much smoother, and I can't recommend their service enough. They were knowledgeable and were honest and helpful with the process of assessing the damage, processing the paperwork, and renting a car while the work was being done. They did great work on the body of the car. Four panels were dented and you can't even tell anything happened. 5 stars for the paint job, even my mechanic complemented their work, he didn't notice the paint job until I told him what had happened. There was an issue where my door handle wasn't working correctly a few weeks after the repair and they were able to quickly fix it at no extra charge. They went above and beyond to make sure this minor detail was resolved and made it clear that it was important that I felt confident in the repairs and weren't here to nickel and dime me. It probably sucks if you need to visit them, but if you need the type of work they do on your car they're going to do a great job at a reasonable price. I had the two front fenders replaced because of rust damage to my vehicle. The personnel were friendly, courteous and respectful.The workmanship was outstanding and kept me informed of any required changes. I would recommend this company without hesitation.I give them top rating.
