I went to this shop four weeks ago to replace my brakes and rotors. I just drove my car on the highway for the first time after having the brakes replaced. When I got off the highway there was a very loud sound coming from my wheel. I had my father and brother look at the car who told me the bolts on the callipers had come out. Im really disappointed and I am hoping someone from this shop will contact me to make this right. Services: Auto brake repair, General repairs & maintenance

This was the worst experience I had with a car shop. Since there was so many issues and I could write a long elaborate story let me try to bullet point the issues I had to keep it shorter. - Front door blocked by cars, and no door handle on front door. - Employee smoking cigarette inside the shop in an indoor location when I walked in. - Could not spell my name and input it into the computer, because of trouble with spelling, and ended up giving up. -charged 80$ for an oil change 200$ for safety certificate (saw cheaper later on at other locations) Mr. Lube does it for cheaper. - Claimed they needed to replace my front rotors, in the end I paid 616$ to the shop. I had a friend who detailed my car shortly before and said the rotors were fine. I cant say whether this was needed or not, they seemed to know I needed to rotors 15minutes after dropping off the car. My car is a 2020 Elantra with only 37,000 km on it. pretty new, and didn't pass their safety standards. - The first safety certificate I received was scratched out, and I had to request a new one. (Ministry of transportation is very picky on this kind of stuff). -booked a meeting for a new safety certificate, he rescheduled from Thursday to the Friday before easter (a holiday). I tried calling before arriving on Friday he didn't pick up, so I show up at 10am as he asked, only to see the shop closed. I call again and he is just getting out of bed, and goes on to blame me for not calling before. When someone asks me to meet at a specific time and specific place I tend to show up on time. He then says he will come in an hour, calls back shortly and says no I cant come in. Then he tried to rebook to Monday after Easter Sunday, I told him if he is closed on Friday then he will be closed on Monday, and told him that he will be open probably Tuesday, so we met Tuesday. -When I showed up Tuesday, they got my VIN number wrong on the safety certificate where they had a "0" instead of a "D", the ministry of transportation is very picky about these things he went on to replace the "0" by lowercase "d" by writing over it and by doing so the "copy" of the certificate didn't even match the actual one. I highly recommend staying away. I think the moment I saw one guy smoking inside the shop I should have left right away this was my fault. This horrible experience in the end costed me 616$ when I probably could have got it done for 180$ total without all the headache elsewhere. Services: Oil change, Vehicle Inspection
