My dad just got his 2016 Toyota Rav4 (damaged body) repaired at Situ Auto three weeks ago. I'd like to share his good story with Mr. Situ. Mr. Situ is the owner of the Body Repair & Auto Service Garage. He is not only a very skilled handyman but also tries to cut customer's cost. Instead of replacing front bumper (this is what most body shops suggested), he repaired two cracks on the bumper and made them perfectly restored so that the bump looks like new and no traces of the cracks are noticed, which saves over $500. Instead of replacing whole front hood cover, he fixed the warped area, calked and repainted it, making hood cover perfectly restored. This saves $800 at least. My dad is very impressed by his repair principle: If a broken part can be fixed, never go with replacement option. This will save customer a lot of money. It appears that he can maximize repair work with a minimum cost. My Dad highly recommend Mr. Situ if you need car body repair with a limited budget. Had an amazing experience with the new business owner of situ auto. Called in knowing the parts I needed fixing for my Kia Forte. They provided a great quote over the phone (which some mechanics don't do anymore), and setup a time the next day. Brought the car in and left it for a couple hrs. They showed me the work they did when done, freely diagnosed my check engine light and replaced my cabin air filter. Price matched the original quote. Will definitely be going back!
