Glad to hear theyre local and source localits rare to find quality and transparency like this in this city, let alone organic! Love seeing these guys busy, a great addition to Ottawas markets with very loyal fans (clearly!)

        Love the sourdough loaves we picked up at the farmer's market. Perfect crunchy crust, but the inside is soft! It tastes far more "sour" compared to other loaves I've had. Great stuff, can't wait to try more.
