Cruffinology

I've loved cruffins since the moment I first tried one. For a long time, I don't even think Ottawa sold freshly baked cruffins, and so when I discovered Cruffinology, I HAD to get me some. Fast forward....it was AMAZING. The owner and baker of this small local shop is the sweetest and most accommodating person. I had such a memorable experience ordering and have come back for seconds and thirds. The price is really good for what you're getting (they're big in size, super flaky, and there's GOLD LEAVES Y'ALL..GOLD...LEAVES) The tiramisu one has been my favourite to date. She's also always adding more flavours and options. You HAVE to try some, seriously. Tip-of-the-day: eat them with ice cream or have it with a good cup of coffee or chai latte for that extra OOMPH

They had a few special items for the valentines day so I've decided to order for my gf. I've order 6 different cruffins (Pistacchio, strawberry tart, creme brulee, ferrero rocher, cinnamon twist) ! Presentation was amazing (check the picture) and the taste was even better!! not too sweat, not too much flour thus was not heavy ! My gf also loved them all and both of our favorite was the ferrero rocher favor !!
