I brought in 2 tablets in September 2019, paid just over $100 for a diagnosis and never heard back from them. I called several times and was told they had not looked at them. I have never been contacted and have not received the tablets back either! Would not recommend these guys!

I have a Samsung Galaxy A70 with a cracked screen. I called and was quoted in the range of $189 to replace the screen and that it could be done in 2 hours. I agreed and the parts were put aside for me. When I got there, Jason looked at my phone, looked at me, and said, "You don't need to replace this screen. I could take your money, but honestly it's a hairline crack and there's nothing really wrong with it. I would suggest a $40 screen protector. That's all you need." His associate had my screen protector installed in 15 minutes. Done! This place is great! Jason is an HONEST business person. A true rarity these days.

Jason helped me with my phone without charging me, my charging port didn't work and this guy helped me out and explained everything to me, super transparent and honest guy. He found some glue in the charging port connection and removed it and now it works perfectly.

Started at one price ended at another! Was told 3 hours got it back next day! And was told I would get the old battery back and they kept it.. I could vould go on
