Negative 1milion stars. I have an open claim for over 100 days with no resolution or contact. It's a simple windstorm damage claim nothing fancy. I have called once a week for the past 6 weeks and no one has called me back so disrespectful. The claim has changed hands four times in the past 100 and I've had to resend my information everytime. The last time I called the phone call ended with the representative saying " I hope they call you back" I bet you someone from Belair will reply to this review saying if you are still having issues contact us. I did that like 20 time's already, you guys are a bunch of scammers.

If it was for my car insurance I would give them 4 stars, but I'm very upset about the time it's take to get my home repaired. I did a claim for my home since April 11th till now nothing is done instead there is more damage now than before the accident resulting from their evaluation. Every time I called they letting me know that they will do something, but I'm still waiting.
