        not happy at all, if we call the toll free for an update we have to wait for 30minutes minimum

        Called for car insurance.. The lady on the phone said she would call back in 30 mins once my reports pulled.. I have no problems on my record.. 2 days later still no call after 2 follow up calls.. Horrible! I may even switch my bank if this is the way they work..
