I have been trying to get ahold of the office for over a year now and was told I would hear back after getting the phone hung up on me mid call. My doctor just up and left the country with no warning, not even a paper letter or email. The doctor was good I guess, poorly managed office with incompetent staff. They did not even have my health card number correctly filed.

doctor karen ghosh went back to England didn't notify me and i was not notified by the clinic that i dont have a family doctor until i called to make an appointment

Update: Not a walkin clinic any more, they closed the walk in clinic on feb. 1st, 2023. Long waiting line to get in and of course long waiting time to see a doctor. It might be just this clinic or it might be the health system in Ontario. In any case, this walk in clinic is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 to 12 then from 1 to 5. You need to get here one hour before opening if you really need to see a doctor. Don't expect any courtesy at this place, particularly from the "LifeLabs" attendance, the worst ever, no human empathy at all. The clinic is located in the basement, waiting room is very small and shared with the lab and pharmacy. You can hear the pharmacy answering the phone, the clinic and lab receptionists asking all kinds of questions to clients and the footsteps on the first floor, all at the same time. No hands sanitizer or mask available here.
