I they claimed that the first appointment was covered by OHIP, but then upon attending the initial session, they said an appointment with an Occupational Therapist was mandatory, which costs 150$. they did not make this clear whatsoever.

Was referred to this clinic after a visit to my family doctor with the reasoning that they have a specialty in return to performance ( concussion from sport). The initial intake from the doctor was professional and very informative, answered all my questions and concerns. The following physio that I received was also helpful in returning to my normal activities with good exercises and advice on how to deal with my symptoms and push forward. Would recommend an appointment immediately after the concussion as their performance standards start from that baseline. Overall great place! Services can be expensive so I would make sure you have insurance that covers physio.

360 Concussion Care is a complete joke. They are not upfront about their prices as I was told that the first appointment would be covered by OHIP and upon showing up for my appointment they informed that I would also be seeing an Occupational Therapist for which I would have to pay $150.00. Something that I cannot afford on a student budget and something that was grossly overlooked in informing me of this upon booking the appointment. The thing that gets me the most is that they expect their patients to fill out on-line questionnaires and that is not what is recommended as part of concussion recovery and aftercare. It is always suggested to spend as little time as possible looking at televisions, computer screens, phones, and tablets. They were not able to provide me with paper copies of the questionaires. Run as far away as possible if you have had recurrant concussions and instead ask for a referral to the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinic at the Rehabilitation Centre run by Dr.Shawn Marshall. This place is basically a giant fraud scheme. I will be taking them to the Human Rights Tribunal.

This is not a knock on the medical staff but rather the horrible admin staff and their cancellation policy. Had to cancel and appointment for my daughter because of snowstorm. From Rockland and not risking accident for appointment. Charged me full price regardless because didnt provide 48 hours notice. Unreasonable and pathetic. Not one ounce of flexibility in circumstances outside my control. They dont even have the guts to answer the phone to deal with the issue. Worst medical clinic Ive ever dealt with as it relates to client service.

They fixed me! Super sweet staff and the office space is nice.
