My family has been going to this practice for over 3 decades. Every single time we call, Karen takes time and energy out of her day to be RUDE. Its like clockwork. Every time you call this place you are guaranteed to be belittled by this woman. She is one of l the most condescending individuals I've ever met. I can't even look at her when I walk in she makes me so angry. She's treats every single one of my family members like this and judging from these Google reviews we are not alone.

This clinic needs to reevaluate their staff that is answering the phone. The receptionist is very rude. Its not nice to deal with people who treat you like that when youre already feeling unwell.

Wow! Called to see if I could get services at the clinic and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. Glad I won't have to deal with her. It is hard enough to find a doctor right now there is no need to be rude with people who call looking for help.

I've been a patient of Dr. Edwards's for years. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm in excellent hands with Dr. Edwards. Today, I saw Dr. Basi (replacing Dr. Edwards while she's away for a short period) and was also absolutely impressed by her. Dr. Basi is very thorough and kind and relaxed, professional, a great listener, and it's easy to see she's impeccably organized. This clinic and its doctors are wonderful.
