        Although I've left three messages in the space of a week, no one calls me back at this firm. Two weeks ago, I had to call my lawyer myself as he had neglected to call me back as he had promised to follow through. Context: They took me on as a client last summer and it took 8 long months to prepare my case. Now that it is ready, I was told at the end of April that time was of the essence and that we needed to reach a settlement asap yet neither I nor the receptionist at this firm can reach anyone to call me back. Highly disappointing.
