It's been a VERY rough experience. They do not follow-up with you, they go SILENT after you send them money and they send me back drafts that's been already corrected and changed. Very unprofessional. And not sure what to do. We paid for a specific agreement that normally takes a few weeks, but after more than 6+ months, we still do not have a signature opportunity or a final final draft. Beware!!

Update as of today I had to change law firms and fire these people Almost 4 years into this file and they never responded to me. I am usually a very calm person and let things run its course, but Im furious. I learned that they sat on my case and didnt serve anyone until 2 years after the incident. When you do speak with someone they act as if you are an inconvenience to them not a client. Extremely rude, not trustworthy

Very timely, responsive and professional. I was able to connect to them on a personal level and you can tell they have you best interests at heart.
