Shoppers Drug Mart

I called the place 3 times, each time I was on hold, twice for over 40 minutes then they hung up the call. ALL THREE TIMES. Please dont put a phone number If youre going to do this. Thank you! I also went in afterwards, and the place wasnt even busy.

Folks here are stunningly, cruelly indifferent to customer needs. My regular Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy didn't have a med I needed urgently for an injection tomorrow, so, sitting in my parked car, I phoned this one to see if they had it in stock. After listening to "One moment, please" for a few minutes, I began driving towards the Westgate Shoppers DM. I arrived, still on hold, 19 minutes later. I went in. I stood in line for 10 minutes, still on hold. I could hear a phone ringing in the pharmacy. There were 6 or 7 people working (?) in the pharmacy area. I ended my call. Their phone stopped ringing. I called back. Their phone started ringing again. No one even glanced toward it. Get the picture? There's a big banner sign stretching across the back of the pharmacy. It says, "We're watching out for you." How true: They're watching out in case a customer approaches. Then they hide. And they didn't have the med I needed.
