Shoppers Drug Mart

The worst customer service. They never answer phone calls. I have tried to reach the pharmacy on 4 separate occasions over the last week and all 4 times I hung up after being on hold for over 20 minutes. This seems to occur every time I try to reach them... I finally had time to go into the pharmacy to speak with someone about refilling one of my prescriptions only to be told that I need to speak with the pharmacist to have them reach my Dr. about a refill. The prescription in question had a partial refill remaining... Despite bringing this to their attention, I was still denied my prescription. If only it was possible to actually reach the pharmacist, I might have chosen to go that route. Why I am being forced to jump through unnecessary hoops to get medication I already have a prescription for is beyond me. I'm not even going into other previous experiences, but I can assure you they were even more frustrating. My overall experience with this Shoppers is dismal, at best, and I will be moving to a different pharmacy all together. Do better! You're involved with people's health. If you can't cut it, close shop and do everyone a favour.

There is a disrespectful the pharmacy, I asked hir for help and he didn't come to help me. I just wanted to ask about medicine, he told me to wait until I finished my work while I was in pain, and I waited for 30 minutes while he was looking at me, a doctor who is not respectful and his service is very bad May / 5 the hour 06:00

Im not convinced anyone actually works here. EVERY time I call im on hold for minimum 15 minutes. Every time I need a prescription filled there is some sort of issue, and half the time I get a text saying the prescription is filled when its NOT, or I get NO text of it being filled when it IS. go literally anywhere else.
