Terrable for prescriptions, always late

My mother had to go into a nursing home due to serious mobility and various other health issues and passed away last month at the time of writing this review. About a week back I got a bill in the mail shouting in all caps about the account being over due, even though this was the first I ever heard about this place. Thinking this was a scam of some sort I called the nursing home and confirmed that it was the business they ordered their pills from. An email to the company later, I found out the bill was for a co payment and vitamins that were not covered under OHIP. The small pharmacy that we dealt with (before she went into the nursing home) never charged my mother for a co payment, they were nice enough to absorb the cost themselves. I expected that if there were any extra payments like this, that they would be dealt with in a similar fashion or at least included in the overall cost for her stay at the home. As for the vitamins, I have no idea if my mother agreed to them or not, it's not like I can ask her now. This company is well deserving of their one out of five stars due to tardy billing and greedy bilking.
