Kilborn Pharmacy

We moved from a small town, New Brunswick to Ottawa, after 54 years and we found this little gem, Kilborn Pharmacy with smiling, friendly, knowledgable staff and immediately felt like home. They provide great service and look after your needs. They also deliver. Saturday, it closes at 2 pm, so just plan ahead. I would recommend it without any reservations.

I've been going to this pharmacy, for the methadone program about roughly 2 years now. Luckily, when I first arrived Hany was wonderful. But as time had progressed , I begun to be treated as if I was his high school sweetheart who turned him down for prom. Closing early on days when I called in to confirm they were open until a certain time. Lying about contaminated urine samples when I knew (trust me I knew lol) that they were 200% clean as a whistle. Christ sometimes I'm given twice the dose or nothing at all.... you can clearly tell theres something up ... At one point all the urine tests were being bought off camera to do god knows what with then sent off to Toronto. Theres like 15 cameras in the one tiny little pharmacy but you use the only blind spot in the whole pharmacy to do crucial testing... Sorry to sound the alarm but something is definitely off here. Wish yall the best. And good ******* luck

First time visiting. Owner was friendly and asked a couple times if I had insurance to confirm that I wouldn't have to pay. He gave me all my prescriptions at once so that I wouldn't have to make frequent trips.

Hani has been so amazing and kind. We originally went YEARS ago on a recommendation from friends as being on ODSP got us a lot of snotty attitudes from big name pharmacies. Hani was nice from day one. Always made sure our needs were taken care of. Made sure we had all our renewals when we called. And always had the personal touch If there was issues with our private insurance he was on the phone right away dealing with them to make it right The only reason we arent still there is hes too far away Great pharmacy run by a kind man. We will forever be grateful
