        As tenets of an Arca property we have extremely poor service. to no service at all from their mangers. We have a door handle that falls off every time using the door, we have kitchen drawers that are so old also fall apart. The foundation in our back room is about to crack, and the property manger has done nothing. After reporting the issues to him, he proceeded to give himself a 48 hour window to come to the property and he failed to do that. He never even contacted us to let us know that he wasn't coming. Arca employs ignorant, dismissive people as managers. I do not recommend renting from them or selling property to them. They are extremely shady as trying to lode their website brings you to a malicious website full of viruses.
