Not even one star! Zero star company very unprofessional, rude team (Lynn and Terry). they don't give you basic information about their listings and they are not even aware of availability of unit that they have already advertised. Terri showed us the unit but she couldnt even answer basic questions about that unit, and she was on the phone all the time during showing! Multiple emails and calls, nobody got back to us. Don't waste your precious time to deal with these rude, and disrespectful people.

Save yourself many headaches and do not bother with this property management company as their lack of ability to actually manage properties is laughable. Also don't bother if you are under the age of 30 because they are condescending and disrespectful. They do not follow-up about repairs (going on 4+ months) and just genuinely do not seem like they care about their tenants or their properties. Also be prepared for the house you move into to not be fully done yet after sitting on the market for months and then have to deal with their terrible communication skills about getting things tied up.

Christina from LOOK Property Management has been wonderful. She is very prompt with correspondence, a pleasure to meet with, and has addressed our concerns in a timely manner. We would recommend LOOK to anyone looking to rent in Ottawa.

As a property Owner who has used Look as a property manager for the last two years, Look Properties has been very good to deal with. We have found that they are prompt and responsive to deal with any issues that come up, and they provide personal attention to your property that the bigger firms don't. If you need a property manager in East end Ottawa, I'd strongly recommend them.

As a tenant, this company managed my lease. They served me well and made my tenancy so smooth and trouble-free, and I am so glad I worked with them. Ive never known them before, nor had any relation with them, but they served me tirelessly. Before I moved to Ottawa, I was in Montreal. Christina, the listing agent, had sent me all the details about the condo, she even included the detailed directions as I enter Ottawa. I had a lot of questions and asked her to change the showing day couple of times, to which she did not mind and was fully cooperative. She showed up early on time for every show, despite her physical challenges and despite I was asking for early showings at 9:30 am. Christina was honest, and considerate and gave me sound advice. She also negotiated with the landlord to lower my rent. Also, when I gave them my notice to leave, they were understanding and gave me enough time before showing the condo to interested tenants. They are very well communicative. One time, I asked for an extra fob, they sent it with one of their agents, although I was supposed to pick it up from their office. The company and its services are great, and the people in it make it more amazing. I highly recommend them.
