        Moved into a house that is managed by this company. Going on almost 7 months. Second time going without hot water, with no heads up. It usually doesnt get resolved within 24 hours. Have had a plumber out quite a few times now and still nothing but issues. Sparse contact from the company. Do not recommend. Their contractors do not come prepared to finish the job. They do not bring the necessary tools and it takes an extra day to finish the job.

        Do not trust this company. Completely shiftless - near impossible to get them to take action on anything - even serious safety issues. If and when they finally do take action you can be sure they do the very bare minimum required. Again - do not recommend.
