Rose was very attentive to our needs, she walked us through the process and whenever we had a question she would respond to us in a timely manner. When we faced challenges she presented several solutions. Rose and her team evaluated our house and guided us with every detail of what should be done. Once the work was done we presented the house to Rose on a Saturday morning, by the end of that meeting we scheduled to have the house cleaned, staged and having a photoshoot to post for sale the following Friday. Rose and her team posted our house on MLS and social media on the Friday afternoon. We had more than 10 bookings almost straight away! Rose and her team held open house on that Saturday and Sunday. By Monday we received several offers, Rose guided us which ones were the best options but never pushed us. She let us free to decide which offer to go with. On Tuesday morning the house was sold above asking price! We are still in shock ( in a best way possible ) with the results!!!! We are very grateful to the professionalism, effectiveness and at same time kindness and patience Rose has had with us. We couldnt be happier with the outcome! Thank you so much Rose!!! It was an incredible and very happy journey that could not be that way if wasnt for you and your team!
