We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ahmad Humoud. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Ahmad, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he acted like he was buying his own home !), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Ahmad walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we walk away and found us the perfect home, bigger and nicer. Hi Google, Let me get right to the point. HIRE AHMED. Let me tell you why. Before meeting Ahmed, we wasted our time with a realtor who had his head up is A**. We spent 4 months with the other realtor before meeting Ahmed. After we fired the other guy, we were referred to Ahmed by a family friend. We met Ahmed on a Wednesday morning and hired him. He got straight to work. We hired him on a Wednesday morning and staged the house on Wednesday night. He had photos taken the next morning. Later that day (Yes, Same day) our house was listed. He had our house sold way for over asking just 43 hours after hiring him. YES. He sold our house in 43 hours, while the other guy could not do it in 4 months. Please, just hire him.
