I had the chance to work with Burim and Dario from Prime Real Estate Group when I need to rent a 3 bedroom home in Ottawa. It was tough because of how demanding the landlords are with their requirements on tenants. The initial meeting, they prepped me on everything I needed to have ready so that when it came time to pull the trigger, there was no rushing the process. We went to see a few but once I found the one that was right, I got it! They were professional, patient and extremely thorough on what we needed in order to have a competitive edge in a demanding market. I cant recommend them enough!

I met with Burim and Prime Real Estate looking to buy my first property. I had no experience purchasing property or knew much about what to ask sellers. Burim and his team were patient with my 1000 questions, thorough in their explanations in each phase of the purchasing process and really made buying a property a comfortable process.
