I found Charles from google reviews. We was pretty highly rated by his clients so i chose to go with him. Charles deserves every bit of all the great things everyone has written about him in the reviews. He is very knowledgeable, and is passionate about giving the best service to his clients. He was always there for me at every step of the buying process. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have found a better realtor than him..Recommend him very highly!

Its easy to say you have a good agent when everything is simple and easy. But to be fair that is not what purchasing a home is like. Its intricate and requires knowledge beyond just the housing market and then eventually tailored differently around each client. That is what sets Charles Khouri apart from the rest. I am a first time home buyer, new to Canada and I had so many questions before during and after the purchase and to this day I contact Charles about questions that pop up and hes always there, prompt, detailed and extremely RESOURCEFUL. He cares and thats undeniable and I couldnt be happier with my home. This process of buying a house is very exciting but can be draining at times and you NEED someone that will ease the process as much as Charles did. Definitely recommend Charles and I look forward to working with him again!
