This was our first experience selling a house, and since the original house purchase had been private, it was our first experience working with a realtor as well. We were not sure what to expect and we were pretty nervous about the whole process. But Chad was an absolute pleasure to work with, and everything went as well as we could possibly have expected overall. He showed himself to be very knowledgeable, considerate, professional, and competent. He helped us navigate the sharp turn in the market in 2022 and guided our expectations.
