Bryce was great with helping me sell my current home as well as throughout the process of building a new one. He was responsive to all of my many questions, kept me updated throughout the process and provided excellent advice and tips. Ultimately, he helped me get top dollar.

Bryce knocked on our door a year ago and we had a brief discussion about recent sales prices in the area and potentially selling our home. Its something weve always wanted to do - sell our home and move back downtown - but wasnt something we thought would be possible in the near future. Wed always say Well do it when our kids are older.... Bryce was nice enough to keep us in the loop on sales prices over the course of the year. There was absolutely no pressure; a few emails here and there, a binder full of information left on our doorstep at the end of the year. As we began to see sales increase substantially, we decided to act and the first person we contacted was Bryce. We are so glad we did! We cannot say enough good things about Bryce. We had no idea what we wanted and he patiently showed us home after home (probably over 40!), answering all our questions day after day, at all hours of the night. Bryce helped us navigate this incredibly competitive market until we finally found the perfect home! It was an amazing experience to hear You got it! and we are so happy Bryce was able to secure it for us. When it came to selling our house, just as with buying, Bryce was available to offer advice (and his carpet cleaner!) without pressuring us on timelines, while still keeping us up to date on the market and best time to sell. With his guidance, we were able to get our house up very quickly and ended up selling for a price that more than met our expectations. He was very open, kept us in the loop, and did everything possible to make sure we received the absolute best price for our home. We are so pleased with our experience with Bryce. He has helped our family start a whole new chapter in our lives and we cant wait to move!
