As an anxious person, I had reassurance at every step, and honest feedback about how to make our listing look good. Chris and Erica were fantastic in rushing to help secure a lease. They arranged for the showings just as if it were for a purchase, and treated us just the same. Though our first lease preference fell through, they clearly worked to explore all avenues for us in trying for it, and provided us *advice* as opposed to pushing us in a particular direction at any stage. Having worked with countless realtors on the backend as part of my career, that isn't true for everyone, and we're very happy to have had Chris and Erica's help versus anyone else.

Its never easy to sell a house. Especially in this current market!! I was very impressed with Chris Covenys team. Chris himself visited my house and made realistic suggestions. In a very quick time his team were onsite taking pictures and staging my house. The listing pictures portfolio was tastefully impressive. The marketing materials exceeded my expectations.
