Blair never disappoints. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and is not afraid to do the work to help you sell a property. When we bought our first home it took a long time to find our forever home and Blair was always so patient and never pushy. Blair and his team are fantastic! After almost 2 years of searching on our own, we were referred to Blair. Fast forward a few months and voila! We found our forever home. We have been wanting to leave the city for years but lacked the knowledge of what to look for in a country home. Blair took the time to educate and guide us in finding and living in a home that is not connected to city services. Blair is amazing! The circumstances of the sale of my parents home were difficult. Through the entire process Blair was understanding and compassionate. He was able to mobilize a team of professionals to complete tasks in a way that provided our family peace of mind and an amazing offer (well over asking price). Blair is the best! We have bought/sold 3 properties with Blair. He consistently goes above and beyond; he spent many hours helping us clean, prepare, and stage our rental property and then sold it in a week, over asking. Helped moved furniture into storage to stage and show our home to sell, which also sold in a week over asking. While showing homes, Blair is knowledgeable and forthcoming, and is never pushy. He takes time and care to listen to his clients. He is very professional and definitely an expert in his field. We will continue to highly recommend him to family and friends!
