Before we chose Wendy to list our home for sale, we spoke with three other realtors too, to discuss their recommended pricing, sales strategy, commission fee, their style of working and their enthusiasm for the sales potential of our home. All were good, but since our home was a very unique home and location, Wendy took more time and consulted her colleagues to be sure that her pricing and strategy was right for the property. She listened to our questions and concerns and responded with solid advice and adjustments to her plan, where necessary. She was very enthusiastic about our property and spent quality time with us, which was much appreciated. Staging advice prepared us for showings and excellent photography and video, together with a "Coming Soon" sign, helped build interest in our listing. Once the listing was live, we were provided ample time to approve showings with a user friendly app and a secure lock box system. But it was when multiple offers came in that Wendy really demonstrated her professionalism and integrity. Her advice was offered without pressure and she was always ready to adjust her approach according to our wishes, but didn't shy away from gently rebutting our approach, if she thought it was important. We have bought and sold many houses over the years, but have never been so impressed with our realtor as we have been with Wendy. It has been a real pleasure to work with Wendy and we highly recommend her. As my wife says, she is the "perfect realtor"!
