I could not be more pleased to have had Jacob Floyd help me with purchasing my first home. Jacob is an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individual. He made the entire process extremely easy for me by helping me along every step of the process. He helped me determine the kind of home I was looking for, he was available for showings on short notice at odd hours, he was eager to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, and he checked in with me regularly. My husband and I are first time home buyers and purchased our first home with Jacob Floyd & the Floyd Team this week. Jacob is a trustful and honest real-estate agent. His patience and drive to find us the perfect home has NO LIMITS. He is extremely dedicated to his clients and is surrounded by a fantastic team including mortgage broker, lawyer and home inspector. Jacob is always available to answer our questions and concerns (even responding to messages during holidays and weekends). Jacob has an extensive network in other areas of home improvement as well, and is extremely resourceful depending on the specific home concern. Through the process of going to see different homes, Jacob takes pride in teaching you everything he knows about the home and its value. After working with Jacob, you feel confident in understanding the differences between certain properties. Not only do you get a great realtor, but a teacher and a friend. He encourages you to make your own decisions and to feel comfortable with your purchase. We will only be returning to the Floyd team in the future for our real-estate needs.
