We had a great experience working with Josh as our real-estate agent. He helped us buy our first home and made the process super easy for us the understand. He is super chill, easy to get along with, but also very professional. He made the process as smooth as possible and was quick to answer any questions we had. He always made the effort to schedule viewings and was honest in helping us have realistic expectations. Josh is very knowledgeable and had great advice throughout the whole process. My fiance and I had a lovely experience working with Josh. He was the first realtor we have ever worked with and I would 100% recommend him to others. We chose to work with Josh because honestly we liked his instagram and the vibe he was putting off. He made the experience easy for us during during a stressful time to buy houses. He was very honest with us about our goals and helped us to set realistic expectations. I like to say we really lucked out with the way we got our house but it's all because of Josh! When I was feeling let down by the market he found us a house to look at we never intended on seeing. It ended up becoming our new home and we couldn't be more grateful :)

After following Josh Reyes on Instagram for some time, we reached out to start the process of finding our first home. We appreciated his presence on social media; as we value from his content and felt like we knew a bit about him as a realtor/person already. As a first time home buyer there were a lot of unknowns. I was referred to Josh through a friend that had recently worked with him, and he was great to work with. He made the experience really easy as a first time home buyer, checking and providing all the details that I never thought to look at. I had worked with another person prior and it was night in day in terms of Joshs assistance and approach.
