Hes accurate in his market analysis and a great strategist when it comes to buying or selling. The guy works around the clock to make sure youre cared for. Tristan and his team provided top notch customer service for both the sale of my house and the purchase of a new one. In short, he made a complex process easy and pleasant. He demonstrated expertise in his field with his knowledge of the industry and the processes involved. He and his team were always available to accommodate the visit of potential futures homes, often on very short notice. During these visits, he provided valuable insights and was always friendly and professional.

Stop looking! Selmar Group needs to be your next Realtor! I just cant say enough about how great they were to our family. Such a great team, and service they provide. Our realtor was Tristan Pelletier. He assisted us with guiding us through renovation plans, staging and selling our current townhouse as well as purchasing our Forever Home. We didnt know where to start. Our townhome was dated, we have 3 kids, an extremely busy schedule, but we needed a bigger home, and fast! Tristan took us through the entire process effortlessly. He was so knowledgeable and shared his knowledge. He truly cared for us and the outcome of the sale and purchase. He was so patient with us through our MANY questions. Gave us amazing advise and made the experience pleasant and manageable. He taught us how to make more money flipping our townhouse to get the most $$ we could. I can't imagine not following his advice. We could have lost out on so much money if it wasn't for him. Honestly I could go on and on about how pleased we were. Especially in comparison to our last realtor. When we originally bought this townhome over 10 years ago, we knew nothing about buying and honestly felt like our realtor was bothered by our many questions and bothered by the many requests to tour homes.
