By far one of the best companies I have dealt with over the years. I moved to Ottawa last year, and 235 Somerset St W was my very first apartment in the city. I have nothing to complain about. The management is very prompt at replying to emails or phone calls. Last month, I had to ask for a spare key (I had left mine in Toronto) and they were very understanding. They provided me with a temporary key without any additional charges. Recently the laundry rooms were equipped with newer machines, and we were also provided with new bins for organic materials. We really appreciate how proactive the management is. Thank you for the great service!!

This apartment building is overpriced for what you get, especially the service. I have MOULD on my ceiling and a leak and it has been two weeks now since I first brought it to the Superindendent's attention and upper management and nobody has come to see it, let alone fix it. You would think mould and water dripping from the ceiling would be a top priority but apparently not for Taggart. Do not rent here!!
