Moustafa showed an excellent support to our purchase. He was very supportive in making all the right decisions, at the right time. For every place that I inquired about, he gave a detailed analysis, followed up with the seller's agent, gave me the expected selling prices, and the actual sold prices whenever sold. He also gave me access to builders' announcements before they make it on their public website, giving me the advantage of time in making decisions. We have only but praise for Moustafa. We met him after interviewing two other realtors for the sale of our home. His professional demeanor and overall decency struck us that he's trustworthy and an excellent representative for us for the sale of our home. His read of the market conditions were spot on and the suggested price range for our home was appropriate for us. Shortly before we listed, he contacted me saying there was some market activity indicating that we may be able to get a better price for our home. Again, he was spot on and we got what we believe is the fair value for our dwelling. We sold 5 days after our listing during a very difficult real estate market and for our target price. During the whole process of getting the home ready for showings, he was our trusted advisor who went over and above on every request that we had for him.
