What a scam! They call, and as you politely ask them to take your number off your list, they hang up on you! Sleazy! And they can't take incoming calls! Avoid these people!

Ive been meaning to write this review for some time. I sold a property in Stonebridge in Ottawa and used Remi Morvan as my agent. I talked to a variety of different agents before deciding to go with him. I could tell right away that Remi tells it like it is, and didnt give me a big sales pitch to try and win over my business. I was impressed by his personality, experience, and reputation. Did I ever make a good decision by going with him as my agent. He really went to bat for me in the negotiation process. He had really good logic of when to stand firm on negotiating and when to compromise. He always made sure that I was 100% comfortable with what we decided on and wasnt pushy at all. We could have sold the property earlier but he encouraged me to hold out in order to get a better offer. Their offer wasnt even that much lower then asking but Remi was confident that we could get more. He created a lot more work for himself just to make me a bit extra. I was really impressed by that and it cemented my feelings that Remi goes to bat for his clients. Included in the sale was a house staging expert. She visits your home and tries to use what you have, if possible, to create the best layout and design. If you dont have the right furniture they have some available for rent. For my situation I was able to use the furniture I had and didnt have to pay at all. What a difference she made. The house completely transformed for the better. It is a very easy and painless process and ensures you get the most value out of your home. If your looking for an agent you can trust, is honest, tells it like it is, and always has your best interests at heart, Remi Morvan is your man!

I cant speak to the quality of service provided by the brokerage as a whole, but I am not satisfied with the service Remi Moran provided. My partner and I were offered to rent one of Remis personal properties, he even went as far as to ask us to provide him with a time to arrange a meeting to sign the lease. Upon providing a time he cut off all contact and ceased responding to my inquiries regarding the rental unit. Remi had all of our contact information and being a professional could have taken the courtesy to notify me if he no longer intended to rent to us. We were fortunate in that we did not give notice to our current landlord, although Remi was made aware that we had intended to do this. Based on my experience I cannot recommend his service as a broker, which is unfortunate seeing as that is in fact what he does.
