I have been working with my agent (Wei Mccallum)for a quite some time before I really purchased a property. During the past 6 month, my agent was really patient and professional. She never push me for a potential property in order to get the deal so she can benefit from it. She always provided her professional comments if a property does fit our needs even we might think it was good. She never complained if we asked her for visiting more properties and sometimes in the short notice. Sometimes we were not able to visit a property, she alway went to visit on behalf of us and took video for us to review. This really saved us a lot of time. We are very satisfied with her professional service and customer first attitude!.

Highly recommending Ruby and her team for their professionalism and excellent client services! Hao helped us to rent out our condo unit in a very smooth transition. Not only he brought in high quality new tenants, but he also followed up with the former tenants to make sure all procedures and transfers were taken care of. He always responded to our questions and prospective tenants' inquiries promptly with a great amount of knowledge. We would definitely have Hao and Ruby's team rent out our unit again!
