Teri was very pro-active in sharing really good house purchase options in line with my requirements. Infact, for the house that I ended up buying, I was not even in town but Teri reached out to me as soon as the house was listed, went herself at the house and showed me in detail the place on her phone's camera! I really liked the place! She handled the entire deal cycle including price negotiations, very professionally and helped me close the deal well in time. She also connected me to the right team of home inspector and lawyer. I would highly recommend Teri to anyone looking for a property purchase in the Ottawa area.
