We started looking to move about 7 years ago. Agents we met along the way would tout how they would find us our perfect next home and start off with much enthusiasm and then fade away after showing us a few properties that were not nearly right. Two years ago, we met Patricia. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, smart and extremely patient. Im sure she sized up immediately that finding the right property for us was not going to be easy. However, even when we expressed interest in a property, if she felt it was not right, she steered us away! We have now both purchased and sold with Patricias help. Patricia was our agent a few years back when we purchased our first home. We saw lots of homes during the process (it was our first house so we were picky) and not once did we feel pressured to "hurry up and buy" like we felt with previous agents. Patricia fully understood our requirements and steered us clear from anything that didn't meet our criteria. Patricia is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and hardworking. She made the entire process of finding my Condo a good experience and stress free. I was a little nervous about finding my home in Ottawa at the start but Patricia was amazing and I am so thankful that she helped me through all of this. She always promptly responded to any texts or calls, provided great insight into buildings/neighborhoods I was interested in, and never made me feel like I was asking any dumb questions. I couldnt imagine doing this entire process with anyone but her.
