        I called to make an appointment to see a house and the agent is Georgia. She said if you dont have an agent, then you must sign a contract with me as your sole agent. This is not legal. The owner should know who is he/she dealing with as an agent. I called the manager to report her but unfortunately the manager said this is how we operate. I understand you need a peace of identification from a person to show the house but pushing a person to sign a contract and making it a condition for showing is not ethical when just is to see the house only. The other option was given was to wait for open house!! _______ This is my response to your reply: I did not ask you to provide me any service that require me to sign a contract/document with you. You already have the contract with the owner to provide a service and to sell the house. The reason you want me to sign to ensure that you receive the full commission.
