Ross is an excellent real estate agent. Full disclosure, Ross is my brother and working with family can be challenging but in this case we were lucky to have him in our corner. Once we landed on the house we wanted, sitting back and trusting the process was tough as our hearts were set on this house. Ross was firm with me, as only a sibling can be, and promised we weren't going to lose this deal. He was methodical in his analysis on price, set the strategic direction for negotiations and was able negotiate $300.000 OFF the list price!!
