I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Karen Cayer and her wonderful team for all of their hard work in helping me sell my elderly mothers home in Westboro. Karen came highly recommended by a good friend, and it soon became clear why. She is extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable, and attentive without being pushy. She had great recommendations for trades that we needed for various pre-sale renos, and she was extremely compassionate when I got a bit overwhelmed with all the work involved in clearing out my childhood home. Lindsey Orr is a gem of an interior designer and I cannot say enough about how her simple changes and great styling really made the house shine! Together with Karens straightforward and realistic advice on pricing, my mothers house sold for well over asking in less than a week! I would not hesitate to recommend Karen, or work with her again.
