        We had used Anne Winchs services to sell our property. She was not forthcoming, advised us not to fix our damaged roof, and put pressure to sell. Anne Winch did not have the sellers best interest in mind. The day before closing we spoke over the phone and she hung up before the end of the conversation, as she knew the deal was done. She also did not organize our payment which we were to receive. Throughout the entire process with Anne Winch, we had to continuously ask questions as they were not provided to us, request clarification because the information she did provide was very unclear. Anne Winch demonstrated unprofessional conduct and a lack of competency in the field of real estate. Would not recommend Anne Winchs services. For the person that responded to this post, please provide contact information and I will be happy to discuss further.
