It was a pleasure for my husband and me to work with Jake Prescott again. We worked with Jake 5 years ago when we were looking for a house to buy. This time, we were selling! We absolutely love Jake's energy and enthusiasm! He is extremely professional, responds to calls, texts and emails with our numerous questions almost immediately! Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable for assessing the work that needed to be done and made very helpful suggestions for staging as well as finding the reputable and reliable businesses to help with the work that needed to be done. We are planning our next real estate project now and will definitely call on Jake again when the time comes. We highly recommend Jake Prescott at Tracy Arnett Realty!!

I had only lived in the Ottawa area for a couple years when I was interested to speak to a realtor, so I wasnt sure where to start. Using only a Google search, I contacted three real estate firms and Glenn at Tracy Arnett Realty Ltd was the first to reach out to me. He immediately scheduled a phone call and really took the time to get to know what I was looking for. At this point I wasnt sure if I wanted to rent or buy, and he didnt try to sell me on anything. The initial phone call was a full 45-minute conversation and I could tell he genuinely had my best interest in mind (even if that meant not hiring a realtor!). The next day he set up both a rental and purchasing search with the criteria I had discussed with him. After some deliberation on my end, I decided I wanted to buy a condo, and Glenn was very quick to set up showings. I was a first-time home buyer and he was extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which made me feel at ease throughout the process. I ended up purchasing my condo for under the asking price and with the closing date that I wanted. Even after closing, Glenn took the time to check in on me. I would highly recommend Glenn!

This is a follow-up review to the review posted 5 months ago (see first review further below). Since then, we had the privilege of using the services of Ghalia Bustami from Tracy Arnett Realty a second time, this time to purchase a property in May 2022 in Osgoode Village. Having recently sold our house in Barrhaven and renting another house (also in Barrhaven) we did not intend to purchase another home so soon, but this property in Osgoode caught our attention as it was a golden opportunity to move to the country (away from busy suburbia) and be much closer to family. Ghalia arranged a couple of viewings for us and guided us through the steps for making a careful decision on buying a century home, including building and well/septic inspections. Ghalia was very sympathetic to the difficulty in making a quick decision (there was a competing offer) and helped us navigate through pros/cons so that we could make the decision to buy. In the end she helped us negotiate a fair price for the house. During this buying process Ghalia efficiently booked appointments and was always punctual. She shows both respect and sincerity, along with a sense of humour. Despite her busy schedule, we never felt rushed with her as she gave us the time we needed. It has been a wild ride with making two moves within 6 months (move to Osgoode in August), but we are happy how it all turned out. We are very grateful for all of Ghalia's help through the whole process of selling, renting and then buying. Having already sold a house and being in a rental situation gave us more confidence to purchase another house. Original review: My wife and I recently listed our house for sale (in Nepean Ontario) with Ghalia Bustami from Tracy Arnett Realty. We were impressed with Ghalias professionalism and wealth of experience. We were given a comprehensive market analysis of similar houses in our neighbourhood to review before we made any decision to list our house. Ghalia responded quickly to our questions even during off hours. She had good advice for preparing our home for sale and, in order to accomplish this, referred us to reliable contractors for painting, cleaning and home-staging. She also helped us by arranging scheduling of these services within a tight timeline. We decided to move to a rental home temporarily before making a decision on purchasing another home, so Ghalia also helped us find a suitable home to rent. Our house was sold to our satisfaction within three weeks of the listing date. Ghalia was always on time for meetings, showed both respect and patience, all the while maintaining a friendly demeanour. She explained our options at each stage of the selling process and, having given her sound advice, left the decisions up to us. We would highly recommend Ghalia for realty services.
