I had the distinct pleasure of working with both Kerry and Kelly, the dynamic duo, over the last year as I searched for my first home. Kerry's name was recommended to me as a decorated real estate professional. The recommendation was exactly as promised, Kerry and Kelly are simply the best of the best! Firstly, they are incredibly knowledgeable. They are so in tune with the market and they are incredibly observant with every aspect of a house. They always had the answer to any question I had. Secondly, they are incredibly professional. They are so incredibly patient and organized. I was incredibly picky during my search and even walked away from a deal that I did not feel was right. What started out as casually browsing, turned into our first purchase, and a move from Toronto to Ottawa. Lisa was absolutely fantastic, and led us through the purchase of our first home with ease. She answered our many many questions, and explained each step of the process as we went. We had a very specific criteria we were looking for, and Lisa listened to us, and found us the perfect home.
