Bimal vyas is one of the best realtor agent Ive seen in ottawa. He walked us through every step of the process and showed us properties without any pressure till we found our dream home! He explained everything starting from Home inspection, lawyers role, title search etc. He addressed all our concerns and answered all silly questions patiently. After visited couple of houses, He did realise about our requirements and guided us accordingly. whenever I will purchase another property in a future, will call him directly.

Still finding words to appreciate this humble gentleman and amazing realtor. Being a first time home buyer you face all sorts of difficulties with market price, location, requirements of the house. But guess what Bimal bhai makes it all smooth as butter and has been amazing guide though out the journey. What I felt was genuine realtor who cares more about our needs and specification rather than closing the deal. Would definitely recommend him to everyone. The relationship built with him is pure and trust me you should not go elsewhere to find your home leave it to him he will guide you explain you and also give you useful insight on your investment.

We made it!!! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Bimal Vyas. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. The best part was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Bimal walked us through every step of the negotiations as well as helped make an informed decision. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!
